We would like to inform you that our laboratory placed 3rd out of 31 state and private laboratories, not only from Greece but from other countries also, such us Cyprus, Czech Republic, France, Italy, Ireland, Isreal and Serbia.

Our laboratory had a z score of 0 (100% precision) in the pollen analysis of thyme honey. The other parameters analysis we participated in were HMF, diastase activity, water content and electrical conductivity. Every year, HELLASCHEM Lab has a 100% success rate in honey interlaboratory proficiency testing and it has been established as one of the top laboratories in honey analysis.

In 2018, we achieved 1st place among 24 laboratories in total. Regarding the results of the pollen analysis test we provide 18 photographs taken from the microscope in our laboratory, which provide sufficient proof for the validation of the results.
