The e-cigarette has conquered the tobacco market in recent years, mainly due to the different aromas with which the refill fluids circulate and the different nicotine content.

Their circulation is controlled at Union and National level. Law 4419/2016 (Government Gazette 174 A ') establishes an integrated framework for the purchase of tobacco products. In particular, for e-cigarettes and refill liquids (refill containers) it is necessary to submit a file to the Ministry of Health for the disclosure of the information required by law.
